What We Protect
- Full document content, drafts, data files, and supplementary materials you share.
- Personal identity: name, contact details, institution, and supervisor information.
- Project details: deadlines, requirements, plagiarism reports, and revision history.
- Payment information (processed via secure third-party gateways—we do not store full card details).
Who Has Access
Access to your files is restricted to:
- The assigned domain expert working on your project.
- Quality assurance reviewers (a separate expert, not the primary assignee).
- Operations staff handling delivery, revisions, and support—on a need-to-know basis.
All team members and contractors sign confidentiality agreements. Access is revoked when a project closes.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, publish, or distribute your documents.
- We do not reuse your content for other clients or as samples without your explicit written consent.
- We do not submit your work to plagiarism databases as a public repository.
- We do not disclose your identity or project details to third parties except as required by law.
Secure Handling
- Files are transferred via secure channels (encrypted email, private cloud links, or WhatsApp with access controls).
- Internal systems use access restrictions and are not open to the public.
- Completed project files are archived for a limited period to support revisions, then deleted on request or per retention policy.
Inquiries & Pre-Order Discussions
Even before you place an order, information shared in quotes and initial consultations is treated as confidential. We do not use inquiry details for marketing lists without consent.
Samples & Testimonials
Any portfolio samples or testimonials are shared only with explicit client permission. Identifying details are anonymised unless you approve otherwise.
Legal Disclosure
We may disclose information only when required by valid legal process, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of ReportLift, our users, or others. We will notify you where legally permitted before disclosure.
Your Responsibilities
- Share files only through official ReportLift channels listed on our website.
- Keep your order reference and delivery links private.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your project.
