We stand behind our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to deliver your project within the committed deadline and no mutually agreed extension was granted.
- We decline or cancel your order before work has started.
- You cancel within 2 hours of payment and before any expert has been assigned or work has begun.
- We fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot resolve the issue through revisions.
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund may apply when:
- Only part of a multi-deliverable project cannot be completed as agreed.
- You cancel after work has started but before substantial completion—in proportion to work not yet performed.
- A significant scope reduction is agreed after partial delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Work has been delivered as per the agreed scope and you simply change your mind.
- Delays caused by late files, incomplete instructions, or slow client responses.
- Institutional rejection due to factors outside our agreed deliverables (e.g., research quality, supervisor preferences not communicated upfront).
- Rush or express fees once processing has started.
- Third-party tool or report fees (e.g., plagiarism report purchases) already incurred on your behalf.
Revisions Before Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, please request revisions first. Most issues are resolved through our free revision process. Refund requests are considered after good-faith revision attempts when the deliverable still does not meet the agreed scope.
How to Request a Refund
- 1Email support@reportlift.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.
- 2We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and review within 3 business days.
- 3Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Disputes
We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly. If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us with additional details. We will conduct a final review and respond in writing.
