These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReportLift's website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Services
ReportLift provides academic document services including formatting, plagiarism reduction, thesis support, statistical analysis, and related editorial assistance. Services are delivered based on the scope agreed in your quote or order confirmation.
Eligibility & Academic Integrity
You must provide accurate information and have the right to submit documents for processing. You are responsible for ensuring that use of our services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. ReportLift provides editorial and technical support; we do not author original research on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Quotes & Orders
- Quotes are based on document scope, complexity, and deadline. Quotes are typically valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins after you approve the quote and complete payment (or agreed partial payment).
- Changes to scope, deadline, or requirements after work has started may affect pricing and delivery time.
Payment
We accept UPI, bank transfer, Paytm, PhonePe, and major debit/credit cards unless otherwise agreed. Prices are quoted in INR unless specified. You are responsible for any bank or payment-gateway fees charged by your provider.
Delivery & Revisions
- We deliver completed work by email and/or WhatsApp in the agreed formats (typically Word and PDF).
- Revision terms depend on your selected plan. Revisions must relate to the original agreed scope.
- Delays caused by incomplete instructions, late responses, or scope changes are not counted against our delivery commitment.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. Upon full payment, you receive the delivered work for your use. ReportLift retains no ownership rights over your documents and does not claim authorship of your research.
Confidentiality
We treat all client documents and personal information as confidential. Our Confidentiality Policy forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
ReportLift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including academic penalties resulting from institutional decisions beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Prohibited Use
- Submitting documents you do not have the right to share.
- Using our services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our website or systems.
- Misrepresenting your identity or institutional affiliation.
Termination
We may suspend or refuse service if these Terms are violated. You may cancel before work begins subject to our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
